- Serve as an appetizer or signature side.
- For another option, substitute gyro meat with grilled chicken.

- Deep fry potato slices.
- In medium bowl, combine fried potato chips with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Arrange potatoes on plate. Garnish with gyro meat.
- Add tomatoes and feta. Drizzle tzatziki sauce over chips.
- Sprinkle on scallions and serve immediately.
