sea salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
gyro meat, chopped, heated 1 oz.
tomatoes, diced 0.75 oz.
feta cheese, crumbled 0.75 oz.
tzatziki sauce 2 Tbs.
scallions, chopped 0.5 oz.

  1. Deep fry potato slices.
  2. In medium bowl, combine fried potato chips with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Arrange potatoes on plate. Garnish with gyro meat.
  4. Add tomatoes and feta. Drizzle tzatziki sauce over chips.
  5. Sprinkle on scallions and serve immediately.
