Ingredients

Simply Potatoes® 5/8" Southern Style Diced Potatoes #15110 12 oz.
fresh rosemary leaves 1 tsp.
garlic, peeled 20 cloves
rendered duck fat 2 1?2 cups
rendered bacon fat 1?4 cup
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In medium saucepan, combine potatoes, rosemary leaves and garlic cloves. Cover with rendered duck and bacon fat.
  2. Place pan over medium-low heat. Cook 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender. Remove from heat. Drain off fat.
  3. Season potatoes with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
